Troubleshoot opening files

How often has it happened that you need to process some image files and as soon as you bring them home they won't open? What you see on the screen is "Cannot Open File - This file format cannot be opened by this application." Frustrating, isn't it? There are file extensions that may cause problems, or there are file extensions that are supposed to be opened easily – hard to predict though. There are so many graphic formats, so many damaged files, and so many software applications that modify images. We suggest that you try to open the files with ImageConverter Plus. Not only do we constantly expand the list of supported formats, but we are also experienced in opening damaged files. Plus, we have recently updated our image viewer that supports more nonstandard format variations. Even if nothing helps, send a letter to our support service.
